"I can never thank you enough for the wonderful way that you took care of my mom, Betty. Because of the outstanding care that you provided, the last two and a half years of her life were very good. You all seem to love what you do, and it shows. Whenever I came to see Mom, the atmosphere was relaxed and homey. I never wondered if she was in the right place, she definitely was.

So many of you go above and beyond what is in your job description. I do not have the words to describe how much I appreciated that. Mom was never wanting for attention. And when I walked out the door, there was never a doubt in my mind that she was in good hands. You had my complete trust.

The last weeks have been really rough, mostly on Mom of course, but also on me. I want to thank you so much for everything that you have done to comfort and support Mom, and me. She fought the good fight, with all of you at her side. I was not there when she passed and perhaps that was for the best. God has His plans and knows when the time is right to take His children home! Thanks from my heart to those of you who were a part of Mom's passing peacefully to the other side. I appreciate so much your efforts to make her comfortable.
