Try Out Our Three Month Triathlon Challenge!

As part of our EverWell Program, we welcome you to join us for a friendly competition between communities for residents and staff to promote wellness and encourage everyone to live a more active lifestyle!

Each month will feature special activities focused on life enrichment.

June: Physical
Experience the joys of nature with outdoor activities.

July: Spiritual
Seek out activities that support or define meaning and purpose in life.

August: Vocational
Share life experiences, knowledge and skills with others.

Participation at each community will be logged, tallied and there will be three prizes
awarded to the winning community’s Activity Department at the end of the competition!
